Procedures for the Company (Employer)
Step 1	Fill in our Recruiting Qualification Form and send back to us by fax, e-mail
Step 2	We send necessary data of candidate, then you can choose some candidates
Step 3	We set interview with said candidates at your office
Step 4	We get the result from both you and candidate and send you our confirmayion sheet for employment
Step 5	We charge Recruitment Service Fee under following conditions
Amount	equivalent two month salary basic salary plus position/ability allowances
Payment Term	one month equivalent to be paid at employment commencement,and another one month equivalent shall be paid after duration of his (or her) 3 month service at your company
Guarantee Period	If the Employee resigns during these three months, a new candidate will be introduced for substitution asap with no extra fee.

ワークパーミット問題	弊社で紹介させて頂く全ての企業はWPを雇用する会社の費用と責任で取得することが前提です。
タイ語能力	海外で職を求める場合、やはり第一に要求されるのが現地語能力と思いますが、特にタイでは他のアセアン諸国と違って現地語が最も必要とされる国です。例え仕事場では英語か日本語だけで事足りても、日々の生活ではタイ語なしには成り立ちません。現在、日本にいらっしゃる方は、来タイ前に日本でタイ語を習得されるか、タイに来られて半年くらいはタイ語学校に通うことをお勧めします。当然、その間の生活資金の用意が不可欠となります。
